The ISAAC International Data Centre has prepared a data entry package which uses Epi-Info version 6 to enter data in the format described in the ISAAC Phase Three Manual (section 15). ISAAC collaborators are welcome to use this package to enter data from their Phase Three study. Please click on the link below to download the archive file containing the data entry package you require:

Download the ISAAC Phase Three Data Entry Package

Download the ISAAC Phase Three Environmental Questionnaire Data Entry Package

Download the ISAAC Phase Three Combined Data Entry Package

Save the archive file to a suitable directory and double click to unpack. The archive includes a 'Readme.txt' file which contains set up and data entry instructions.

The first of the three files contains the data entry facility for the ISAAC Phase Three core questionnaires only (i.e. the Demographic, Asthma Symptoms, Allergic Rhinoconjunctivitis Symptoms, Atopic Eczema Symptoms and Video questionnaires only). Use this file if you are not including the Environmental Questionnaire in your study.

The second file contains the data entry facility for the Environmental Questionnaire only. Use this file if you have already entered the data from the core questionnaires and wish to enter the Environmental Questionnaire data in a separate operation.

The third file contains the data entry facility for the combined core questionnaires and Environmental Questionnaire. Use this file if you plan to enter all the data from each participant in one operation.

The ISAAC International Data Centre has also prepared an Environmental Questionnaire Coding and Data Transfer document. Please click on the link in the menu to the left to view this document in Adobe pdf format.
