ISAAC Video Questionnaire

The Wellington Asthma Research Group has kindly made this abbreviated version of the video questionnaire available to allow interested investigators to assess this valuable tool. The preview questionnaire is in Quicktime video format and is just over 2Mb in size. Please note that this is not the full questionnaire and is unsuitable for any use in research. Enquiries about aquiring a full copy of the video questionnaire should be directed to Professor Crane at julian.crane@otago.ac.nz.
